Race Car Cyclone was deeply discouraged after losing a race and was reluctant to continue competing. However, Barry assigned Cyclone a mysterious mission to help a car with no talent become a racer. With little hope, Cyclone prepared a series of tough training exercises for the car, which overcame each one. Inspired by the car's progress, Race Car Cyclone returned to the track.
