Rookie seeks shelter from an approaching thunderstorm in a cave under a tree. But when he hears a strange noise from the inside, Rookie tries to retreat quietly but runs straight into Mama Fox, who growls at him to protect her baby inside the cave. Rookie moves aside and decides to leave despite the rain, when suddenly lightning strikes, setting the tree on fire. Immediately, Rookie uses his robo-arms as a water hose to extinguish it and save the little fox family.
