While out for a walk, Rookie comes across a colorful tree. As he picks up a beautiful leaf, a strange creaking and squeaking sound accompanies his movements, and Rookie worries for a moment that he is beginning to rust until he notices the reason for the noises in the treetop: A large, colorful parrot, playing a joke on him by mimicking sounds. Now Rookie uses his sensors to analyze and imitate the parrot himself. Soon they become friends and start singing together, attracting another parrot with their funny song.
