On a windy day, Rookie sees a plastic bag blowing in the wind and finally catches it. But instead of throwing it away, he has a whole bunch of ideas on how to use it: First, as a kite on a string, then for sack racing, until he slips on a banana peel, and finally, he uses it as a balloon before popping it into the trash with a loud bang.
