Ivick and Malta sneak behind Vigoras and steal his balloon to go downtown and buy ice cream. Since they have no money, they decide to sell the Balloon and walk back home, completely forgeting abouy Vigoras. As they get closer to their house they find Vigoras getting ready to fly his balloon. With Vigoras still not noticing that the balloon is missing, Ivick comes up with a plan about how to replace it.
