Potato is herding crickets for her new cricket farm, but could use some tips on keeping it sustainable. Frittata tells her they are meeting medal winner and sustainable farming ambassador Penny Oleksiak, so they go to the Bio Barn. In the conversation with Penny they talk about a love of nature, sustainable farming, composting, and the connection between healthy foods and healthy bodies. Potato and Frittata play a game to identify foods that grow on farms. Penny talks about the power of positive thinking and they say affirmations.
