A new boat arrives and Bird makes a new friend Zoot, a tiny yellow canary who lives on the boat. They become inseparable. Grrrr. Then, one day, the new boat is gone along with Zoot. Bird pines. Ebb and Flo create a little gift to cheer Bird up. Things Were Getting Better!
